1. Service Overview
YourMelody is a service for creating personalized songs and associated products (plaques with QR code, digital files, etc.). Each creation is made from the information provided by the customer and processed artistically through our internal process.
2. Access to the Service
Access to YourMelody is available 24/7, subject to any maintenance or technical interruptions beyond our control.
3. Customer Commitments
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate and sufficient information for the creation;
- Respect the response deadlines in the event of a revision request;
- Use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
4. Turnaround Time
- Digital files are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after order validation.
- Physical products are manufactured after the song is approved and shipped within 7 business days.
5. Revisions and Satisfaction
We offer unlimited revisions for 7 days after delivery for digital products. Requests must remain within the scope of the initial brief.
Our goal is the customer's complete satisfaction; personalized support is offered in the event of a problem.
6. Use of AI
Certain creation steps may use tools assisted by artificial intelligence, under human supervision. These tools serve to enhance the result, not to replace our artistic input.
7. Ownership and Use
All created content is protected. The customer receives a personal right of use. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale without authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
YourMelody cannot be held liable:
- In the event of a delay due to missing or incorrect customer information;
- In the event of a temporary interruption of the website or email.
9. Modification of the Service
YourMelody reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or part of the service without notice. However, orders already in progress will be honored.
