📦 Shipping Policy — YourMelody
At YourMelody, every creation is made to order, with care and attention. Delivery times vary depending on the type of order: digital song, streaming option, or physical product (plaque, magnet, stand…).
🎵 Personalized songs — delivery by email
Your song is delivered by email, to the address provided at checkout:
- Standard option: within 48 to 72 hours after your order.
- Express option: within 24 hours.
As soon as your song is ready, you'll receive an email containing a link to your personalized page, where you can listen to and download your song (MP3 file).
💡 Please download and save your file as soon as you receive it: we cannot guarantee unlimited storage of the links.
🎧 "Your song on streaming" option
If you chose the streaming option, your song is published on the platforms (Spotify, Apple Music…) within 3 to 7 days after your song is approved. This timeframe depends on the platforms themselves and is beyond our control.
📦 Personalized physical products — plaque, magnet, stand…
Our items are made to order, specially for you, after your song is approved.
- Delivery within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
- Our products are made and shipped by our production and logistics partners.
- Your parcel is tracked: you'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships.
⏱️ These timeframes are estimates and may be extended during periods of high demand, customs checks, or carrier delays beyond our control. If your item is intended for a specific date, please order well in advance.
ℹ️ An order combining several items (song, streaming, physical product) is sent in separate shipments with separate timeframes.
🚫 Personalized products: no returns or refunds
As our songs and items are entirely personalized to your request (lyrics, title, artwork, photo), they are made to your specifications. As such, and in accordance with the regulations applicable to personalized goods, they are not eligible for any right of withdrawal, return, or refund once production has started.

- Can't find the email? Check your spam/junk folder, or search for the subject "Personalized song." Still nothing? Contact us and we'll resend it right away.
- Wrong email or postal address? Contact us as soon as possible so we can correct the delivery.
